Where do we ship to?We ship to all states in Australia. There are restrictions for some plants and seeds to WA & TAS.

Dispatch Times?Dispatch times for seeds are usually 1-2 dispatch from payment finalised. Plants are dispatched Mondays only.

What are the Australia Post delivery timeframes?Express post estimated 2-4 days Parcel post estimated 3-8 days Regular letter estimated 4-14 days Plants are dispatched every Monday. NB: This may vary according to season for example Christmas time.

What does the postage cost?We use Australia Post for all our shipping requirements. We offer, parcel, letter and express post. Postage starts from $3.00. FREE POSTAGE (EXCLUDES WA) Orders over $100 - Free Parcel Post NSW, VIC, SA, QLD, NT, ACT & TAS SHIPPING INFORMATION Christmas cut off dates: Parcel Post: 16th December Express Post: 18th December Letter Post: 8th December Australia Post Postage Costs: Parcel Post: $8.90 for small items Parcel Post: $14.95 for large/bulk item orders Express Post: $14.95 Express Post: $18.95 for larger/bulkier orders Letter Post Priority: $3.50 with no tracking Postage Time Frames: Express estimated 2 - 4 business days Parcel Post estimated 3 - 8 business days Regular Letter Priority estimated 4 - 10 business days Dispatch is usually 1 - 3 days WA SHIPPING INFORMATION: Due to quarantine inspection on arrival we send orders out once a week. Note: Not all seeds and plants can be sent to WA and these are marked on our website, either on a thumbnail or it can be found below the price on the product page. This is because certain seeds are NOT permitted in WA or TAS. Express post is not available on live plant orders or orders other than WA as we send the orders out Mondays only. Therefore express post is not purposeful.

What is your Returns PolicyYou have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. In order for a return to be accepted, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging, unopened and intact. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage charges for returning your item. These postage charges are not refundable. If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will carefully inspect it and notify you that your returned item has been received by us. We will immediately notify you on the status of the refund after inspecting the item. If the refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies. For Returns or Refunds please send an email to info@risingmountain.life and provide the following information: * Name * Contact number * Receipt of purchase * Order number and the reason for the return Once the request for a return is approved, return the item purchased in its original condition and packaging to: Rising Mountain PO BOX 8043 SUMMERLAND POINT NSW 2259 Your rights under Australian Consumer Law The goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. As such you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods replaced or repaired, if the goods fail to be acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
